Mushrooms have been known and popular as a delicacy since the XIV century AD
. Mushrooms have a special meal for state officials during the Ming dynasty in power in mainland China. Delicacy and taste typical of the fungus are spread all over the world since the opening of trade and communication between the pen ¬ sit-countries and continents. Mushrooms have become a favorite dish they have also wipe ¬ prestigious.

Mushrooms contain a protein two times higher than the asparagus and potatoes; four times higher than the carrots and tomatoes, and six times higher than oranges.
And about 15 essential amino acids needed by human body, at least mushrooms contain 6-7 kinds of amino acid.

Thousands of species (species) fungi grow and thrive in the open in accordance with the habitat and environment (media) life.

Mushroom growing in an environment (media) straw (rice straw) or other media containing cellulose such as cardboard, paper, cotton, dried banana leaf, water hyacinth, pulp stem palm, sago pulp, bagasse, fruit leather palm, and coconut waste

Ear fungus as one of the wood mushrooms contains minerals higher than beef, mutton, and other vegetables. IN addition, ear mushrooms do not contain cholesterol.
